All Oakmonts Technology Pty Ltd web design projects require a monthly website management subscription as soon as the site goes live. Before this, a web design fee is payable. We may give a preview design before this stage for reference.
To set a website live, a monthly management subscription fee is required. Email, hosting, and domain purchase or transfer is also the only setup after a subscription is started.
Our web maintenance plans all come with SSL and HTTPS enabled by default.

We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not happy with our web design service, you can request as many revisions as necessary before your site going live.
Website design refunds are only provided as a last resort. They will not be provided to customers who have not discussed their concerns thoroughly and allowed for at least 3 rounds of revisions based on their feedback.
Refunds will not be provided unless these conditions are met.
Refunds will not be provided for any website management and hosting payments made for services rendered.
If you claim a refund, please note that your website and subscription will be suspended immediately and cannot be transferred to any other company (see Copyright & Ownership).
If the outstanding payment exceeds 14 days after the due date, the website will be suspended, and access to the website and/or email are disabled until payment is made.
If no payment has been received 30 days after the suspension date, the website and/or email hosting will be cancelled without further notices.
All Oakmonts Technology Pty Ltd websites will have a small footer note that credits the web design work—links in the footer of every page.
By hiring us to design your website, you agree to this and understand that this link may NOT be removed without our consent.
If the client is presented with a draft or demo website, this remains the property of Oakmonts Technology Pty Ltd until the project is completed and paid for. Draft or demo designs/pages/layouts are supplied for visual reference only.
You may not under any circumstances use a draft or demo website to construct your own site or instruct another designer to take this template for use with your project.
Partial payment of the Website Design Fee (such as the 50% design deposit) does not give the customer legal right to the website. All websites remain the property of Oakmonts Technology Pty Ltd until paid in full.
We reserve the right to resell custom-designed websites that remain unpaid in full by the original client.
We may display websites designed by us on our portfolio page and any marketing material to aid as examples of our work.
We understand the importance of completing projects on time.
We rely heavily on our clients to provide the basic information necessary to write and design an informative and useful website for their needs. If the necessary information is not provided on time, we may not be able to meet timelines.
The client agrees to provide all information, graphic content (if we're using your images), and other requested materials to complete the project.
We agree to complete the demo website within 7 days of all information unless otherwise stated. Otherwise, a refund will be provided if requested.
Some special projects may require different timeframes, which will be clarified in advance.
You must provide complete feedback within 7 days after we send you the demo site. If no feedback is provided within this time, we reserve the right to move forward with the project, assuming no changes have been requested and that work is accepted in its current form. Any changes requested past this time may be subject to additional fees.
If you are unhappy with your site design, you may request additional amendments until you are happy with the site. In addition, we provide a 100% satisfaction guarantee.
You are responsible for the digital rights to any image that you supply to us in the course of a project.
Once your website has been published, we will review and repair any pre-existing code errors and/or bugs in the website if reported within 30 days of publishing. Any cosmetic changes are included in your monthly website management fee.
We offer a content writing service as an add-on to our website design packages. However, this content is only as good as the information you provide us and may not reflect your business accurately. We provide as many updates as necessary (fair use policy applies) during the design process to ensure your satisfaction.
A website management subscription is available on all plans. This is an optional add-on.
The subscription is monthly based. However, the pricing varies depending on the type of service required. I.e. backups, managing website with redesigns, emails, ads. Marketing, additional security services, etc.
Please note that by paying for website-related services or starting a subscription for our services, you agree to all of the terms of service as written here.
